Warm invitation to the next TUC colloquium at ISWA

Time:  January 14, 2026, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Angus Rocha Vogel from the Department of River Ecology at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research in Leipzig to our next TUC colloquium at ISWA on January 14.

Contents of the lecture

Mr. Rocha Vogel's current research focuses on environmental chemistry and investigates what happens to tire abrasion particles after they enter river systems. His main focus is on the potential adsorption of heavy metals on the surface of tire abrasion particles.

We look forward to welcoming many listeners interested in environmental protection!

The lecture will be held in English.

Kolloquien am ISWA

Each semester, we organize four colloquia with external scientists from the field of environmental protection on current topics in wastewater and water research. The lectures last a maximum of one hour and are followed by a discussion.

Anyone interested in the topic is welcome to attend.
