AQS Baden-Württemberg
The Institute of Sanitary Engineering, Water Quality and Solid Waste Management carries out various quality assurance activities in chemical-analytical laboratories under the name AQS Baden-Württemberg. These are primarily proficiency tests (mainly in the field of water analysis) and training courses for laboratory staff. In addition, AQS Baden-Württemberg occasionally organises validation interlaboratory tests for new methods in water analysis in the course of standardisation by ISO, CEN and DIN. Upon request, individual proficiency tests are also offered, which laboratories require within the scope of accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
Courses at AQS Baden-Württemberg
In addition to the proficiency tests, AQS Baden-Württemberg regularly conducts training courses on wastewater sampling, keeping quality control charts and estimating measurement uncertainty in German language. If desired, these courses can also be held as in-house training.
